Not sure what is happening when "Cannot be written in the file!"

Here the first line says there is an error in writing the data perhaps? but the 2nd line says storage saved successfully. So Im confused, was it successful or not?

actually it is a documentation error, the first words are saying the user does not have the correct file to save , so the program will create the file for the user, we did not mention it spercificly
