Attack IVs #135

Still need to make a way to breed shiny pokemon (and retain shinyness), but I'm not sure if you would want that in a separate PR.

Average amount of eggs to go from 0-31 with this formula is about 260 (averaged from 10000 tests from 0-31)

This is mostly set up so that if you want to add IVs for other stats in the future, it won't be too difficult.
