Random Pokemon and Enabled Capture in Safari Zone #154

The random Pokemon list is based on the Pokemon that could be found in the original Kanto Safari Zone, and the capture in terms of results in the "main game" uses the same function as normal captures. From my playtesting, neither of these changes seem to introduce new glitches.

I've made another pull request for the Safari Zone that makes more changes, so I'm closing this one.
