divde the data processing into small parts:

  1. input: to0 files and GNtemp.txt
  2. Define 3-4 dunctions
  3. tx0_txt_offset.py txt_temp.py newtem.py auto_tx0_txt_temp.py
  4. the output is txt_corr_temp
