Add blurBackground option #3

Adds an option to blur the background instead of using a solid black background. Also cleans up the option passing to dimmer.js by consolidating things into an "options" object.

Yeah, nice, sure, why not?

One thing: any existing user preferences appear to be lost upon update. I'll try to figure out why and merge the PR when I can be sure it'll be backward compatible.

I fixed the config bug and merged the PR. I would like to credit you as @prettymuchbryce in the changelog when I publish the new version in the web store, if that's ok with you.
