Remove nfs3 from protocol detail dashboard dropdown #102

The dropdown is manually populated and the NFS protocol names are nfs for NFSv3 and nfs4 for NFSv4. Because of the endpoint in use, "nfs3" is not used and should be removed from the dropdown.
