Vol 4 table of contents need fixing #1

Vol 4 The table of contents is formatted incorrectly and inconsistently. Conal probably can explain how it should be done, but the main problem is that the hierarchy is not preserved (see eg China)

A </row><row> tag missing

<row>
<cell>CB 13–14</cell>
<cell>5</cell>
<cell>CB 15</cell>
<cell>6</cell>
</row>

Also <head>Civilizations and Periods</head> again, the hierarchy is not properly captured (easy enough to fix)

Hi Con,

When you have completed your set of comments on the remaining files, please let me know if any of them are serious enough to require Apex to redo their work. I'm looking at these emails and see that you and Sylwester are finding inconsistencies, but many times you indicate that these can be corrected relatively easily.

If you'll be able to go through the rest of them this weekend or by Monday, I'll wait for you to sign off on all of the files before I get back to Ravi. If all is OK, then I will tell him so, and their work, presumably is finished as they have now finished all of the transcriptions.

We can sign off on batches 1 through four, I believe. Sylwester did have a couple of comments on batch 2 and 3, but I think you commented that they were not serious. That leave 5-7 for us to look at.

Thanks,

Stephen
