Strays don't spawn #42

Strays don't spawn naturally in the world. I tried frozen river and snowy tundra (with sky access of course), got a bunch of normal skeletons, no Strays. This is a bit annoying since the Ring of Overclocking only drops from Strays and it is needed to craft the Ankh Charm. What's weird is that husks spawn like normal.

Strays do spawn naturally in the world. Tho unlike Vanilla quite less frequent. These i found were in an "Ice Mountains" and"Ice Plains" Biome.

Have no issues findin them throughout Version 1.0-1.2 on either SP or MP
