in 2nd PRC to create HDPE pellets(conversion from substrate to HDPE) the recipe does not work. have broken and replaced prc, verified redstone toggle is set on disable. gas and liquid states are correct ( left bar is liquid ethylene, bar next to it is oxygen, output slots are both empty, machine is fully powered) yet whenever substrate is placed in the chamber, it just sits there. no movement, no progress
