Ladders don't drop when you veinmine the block their placed on #1034

Describe the bug When you veinmine block that have ladders on them the blocks drop but the ladder disappear without trace

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. open a vault hunters world
  2. place down some blocks
  3. place ladders on the blocks
  4. veinmine the blocks and look to see if the ladders drop

Expected behavior i would expect the ladders to drop when the blocks their placed on are broken
