Spawning on top of what seems to be the vault roof when entering a vault with afterlife on crystal

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. I have recently ran into trouble when entering vault with an afterlife crystal. Upon entering the vault I am somehow on top of the vault roof. This has happened 3x now and each time I have tried logging out and back in to find myself still on the roof. The only way I have found is to let the timer run out and die loosing all my items as well as not gaining any XP I have restarted using a backup each time and Now make a backup every time I load in causing me to use external memory to store my backups on as my world is near 4 gb now To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Apply afterlife to crystal
2. open vault with said crystal
3. after an hr or so enter the vault
4. maybe/ maybe not find yourself on vault roof

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. I expect to enter the vault below the roof lol Screenshots or Crash Report If applicable, add screenshots or crash reports to help explain your problem.

(With cheats) you can use /the_vault debug kick at least until this is fixed
