Describe the bug
When clicking the Amplifying Focus to apply a modifier to the free prefix slot, it uses the focus+plating/bronze but does not add a modifier. The button can be pressed repeatedly without effect just consuming resources. As far as I can tell this behaviour is unique to this specific item as it has worked on other gear just fine.
