Describe the bug
Setting the Vanilla difficulty from normal to hard results in Zombies, Husks and maybe Drowned to deal double the damage (noticable from T2 varriants)
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.go into a Vault and let a T2 Husk, Zombie spawn from a spawner
2.Set the Vanilla Difficulty to Normal and Vault Difficulty to hard and get hit ( 43 armor and 11 Resistance) results in 3 hearts (6Health) damage
3.Set the Vanilla dificulty to Hard and get hit again. The damage is 6 Hearts (12 Health)
Expected behavior
The Vanilla difficulty should not interfere with anything happening in the Vault. Only the Vault Difficulty should raise the Damage and Health from Mobs inside the Vault

I show the Crystal level at the beginning and after that i show the differences in damage taken from t2 Zombies.

Additional context
If the interference of the Vanilla difficulty setting on the damage output of Mobs inside the Vault is wanted, then whats the point in having a Vault difficulty scale.
