Lvl 0 crystals if destroyed by explosions

If you blow up a crystal cluster on a budding crystal, it will drop a lvl 0 crystal regardless of player lvl

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1.Have a Budding crystal with crystal clusters on it 2.ignite tnt

can be fixed by marking all stages of the crystal cluster as explosion resistant or ender dragon resistant
