Powah batteries not charging #1175

Describe the bug I have a activated powah battery, and copy paste + destruction gadget in my inventory, which are not getting charged.

To Reproduce

  1. Charge up a powah battery and put in bauble slot
  2. Put anything that needs charging in inventory
  3. Notice how it doesn't get charged, although it should be

Expected behavior Whatever is supposed to be charged is supposed to
