Trinkets Duping upon dying in vault

Describe the bug Upon dying in a vault all items in your trinkets tab are duplicated and put into your inventory

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1.have anything equpited in your trinkets tab

2. die in a vault
3. have casual mode enabled
4. have drop items on death disabled

Expected behavior fix duping issue
