Objective never appeared, didn't get crate on completion #1184

Describe the bug Entered a locked vault with another player. No objective appeared for me nor a timer in the vault. Roaming around the vault, I could still use Hunter and find objectives, in this case, Obelisks for a boss fight. We found all obelisks and killed the boss. Upon completion I had at least 10 free inventory slots, but i did not receive a crate.

To Reproduce Reproduction of the bug hasn't been found. The specific vault was a frozen vault with modifiers: 1x Locked, 1x Afterlife, 1x Volcanic

Expected behavior Upon completion of a boss vault, a reward crate is expected.

Screenshots or Crash Report I have neither.

Additional context The vault was completed on 14th of December 2022 at ~9:55PM GMT +1

Update:

Crafted a crystal and put an eternal flame on it. Crystal came out as in the picture. I didn't think much of it, but i opened a vault and entered. image_2022-12-15_211852378

This vault was a scavenger vault, i couldn't see the objective nor the timer, but i did find bounty tables lying around. I decided to exit the vault after a minute as i would never be able to complete the objective.

Had another crystal crafted and put on an Eternal flame.

This crystal got the "modifier" empty and thus the vault didn't show either time nor objective
