Blocks of Raw Zinc cannot be crafted without Create #1187

Describe the bug The crafting recipe for Blocks of Raw Zinc is locked behind the Create mod. This feels like an oversight as players are very likely to need to condense raw ores to save inventory space while caving early game, long before unlocking Create.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Fill crafting grid with Raw Zinc
  2. Attempt to craft Block of Raw Zinc: image

Expected behavior Expected behaviour would be to treat raw zinc the same as any other raw ore.
