Vault Level Reset upon crash #1230

As the title says the vault level resets once the game crashes

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Be in an active Vault (that is not level 1)
  2. Crash the game or your PC
  3. Log back in

Expected behavior The Game should put you back in The Vault where you left it

Additional context When you enter the world again it places you in the exact coordinates where you were in The Vault, but in the Overworld instead.
