Item loses enchantments when chunk is unloaded whilst in Vault Enchanter #1231

Describe the bug Vault Item loses enchants gained whilst in Vault Enchanter

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Enchant an item using the vault enchanter (verify the emeralds were used) 1a. Verify the emeralds were used
  2. Do not take the item out of the gui
  3. Leave the chunks (I did this on an elytra to get more emeralds from a nearish village)
  4. Reload/reenter chunks
  5. Item lost all enchants

Expected behavior Item will lose enchants

Screenshots or Crash Report Don't have any, as I'm not risking that again.
