Theme text in augment tooltip impossible to read due to coloring #1246

Describe the bug The Theme text on augment tooltips is colored according to the theme. Unfortunately, some are impossible to read due to the lack of contrast with the tooltip background.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. search for augments in JEI
  2. check tooltip where the theme color is very close to the tooltip background color
  3. observe how some are impossible to read

Expected behavior Theme name should be readable on the augment tooltips, for all themes.
