Incorrect Xaeros and Refined Storage versions packaged with 1.12.3 server files #718

Server files have pack version 1.12.1 mod files, mismatching client pack version 1.12.3.

Can confirm this is an issue, version 1.12.2 of the modpack states "Downgrading mods to address mod issues & performance problems:" "- Xaero's Minimap: 12.23.0 -> 21.14.1

Versions have returned to former versions in 1.12.3 server, causes an unspecific registry error when connecting to an updated server, looking into the client logs points at the covers as the cause. This problem will likely be for anyone who manually corrected the mods in 1.12.2, since there was no 1.12.2 server specific pack.
