Server locks up when friend enters vault. #768

Describe the bug Using base modpack friend made portal, entered portal. I stood back and watched. As soon as he loaded in the server locked up with error "[20:42:12] [Worker-Main-33/WARN] [minecraft/ItemFrameEntity]: Unable to load item from: {id:"the_vault:janitors_broom",Count:1b,tag:{RepairCost:0,Damage:0,display:{Name:'{"text":"Douwsky\'s Janitor\'s Broom"}'}}} [20:42:12] [Worker-Main-33/WARN] [minecraft/EntityType]: Skipping Entity with id [20:42:12] [Worker-Main-33/WARN] [minecraft/ItemFrameEntity]: Unable to load item from: {id:"the_vault:janitors_broom",Count:1b,tag:{RepairCost:0,Damage:0,display:{Name:'{"text":"Douwsky\'s Janitor\'s Broom"}'}}} [20:42:12] [Worker-Main-33/WARN] [minecraft/EntityType]: Skipping Entity with id"

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Build portal with friend
  2. Have friend place crystal and enter
  3. ????
  4. Crash.

Expected behavior Friend enters vault and begins running. I plan to try TPing to him to vault together.

Screenshots or Crash Report Server is locked up and not generating a report as it hasn't "crashed"

I have the exact same problem and it’s always with the same room. The way I fixed it was by deleting the vault dimension and the vault.dat file (i’m not sure if the last one is the correct name). But the bug is really annoying. I also have the same error with loading that entity
