Dragon room spawner items #804

Inside the vault's dragon room I found just spawners in their item condition just dropped near chest

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. get inside a vault
  2. find a dragon room
  3. go up near the chests in the hanging chains

There shouldn't be idropped items in the vault, surely not spawners

This is a known bug. The spawners themselves are "dormant" and can't be used for anything beyond decoration.
