Xp level and Power level differ in coop world #846

Describe the bug When playing coop, when players bail (only tested with 2) only one of them seems to get the xp for the yellow bar (The person who crafted the crystal). But in reality both players get xp reflected on the players power level. Which results to the power level being higher than the vault xp level (the yellow bar). And because I think the vault difficulty is based on the power level, its possible mobs are more difficult than they are supposed to be. For instance, me and my friend are both level 24 according to the yellow bar. But our power level is 29. Based on this, vaults that are generated include vault gear (because the power level is higher than 25), even though the yellow bar says we are level 24 (So vault gear shouldn't generate yet).

**Everything seems to work like normal when players kill the boss.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Play some vaults in coop mode (edit json with iskall's path for coop, found it on reddit) and look at both the yellow xp bar and the power level. Power level should be higher and mobs are probably more difficult.

Expected behavior I think both xp level and power level should be equal, unless this behavior is intended., then you can close the issue of course.

Power level is your skill points. You said your vault level 24 + 5 points you start with = 29 power level. So everytime you eat a skill orb you go up a power level or if you level up

@lightingbuggy is right, but that doesn't solve the person who made the crystal being the only one who gets the yellow bar XP. I am not sure if it is intentional or not but I would think that's a bug
