Mod box and Magnets #926

Mod box gave me oak barrels tier 3 but i don't have -More chests- unlocked.

Magnets can be fully repaired as long as they have one repair left, which makes the total repairs effectively 38ish.

Dunno if they are known bugs.

As per the mod_box.json file you can get tier 3 storage barrels if you've unlocked Pretty Pipes, while actual Pretty Pipes items aren't in the pool. Probably a bug.
