Lantern Void #936

Describe the bug Lanterns get voided when they are placed below a slab and the slabs get mined with veinminer using a pickarang.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Place slabs a few blocks higher
  2. Place Lantern on the bottom of slab
  3. Use Veinminer on slabs

Expected behavior Lanterns should drop as item not get voided.

There are a number of items that get voided if they're attached to blocks that get vein mined. This is a known issue.
