2 years ago Since these are the sorts of mods that many players don't need or won't use, they're left out of the pack to try to keep it to only the required mods. You're encouraged to add mods that enhance your experience or provide functionality that you require such as what you're describing.
Not exactly sure where suggestions are going as I know this is in Beta. I would highly suggest some type of spawn protection or at the very least Pregen mod. The pack so far is great but if I am being honest, getting into it was quite difficult on first world load. Even with allocating about 4Ggis and even 6Gigs. I haven't tried 8 yet. But I feel like especially if you get a bad spawn in a forest or darkness, you are basically insta-gibbed. Which honestly is fine but what makes it not so fine is the sheer amount of initial lag on start. I mean it can be easily rectified with a pregen mod as previously mentioned, or perhaps even a log-in protection type mod. I thought i saw spawn protection before but going through the list it looks like I was mistaken.
