Some problems with special case in marchingSquare. I attach a patch with the 
testMarchingSquare and the map.

Thanks for the testcases, I am going to commit them.

They indeed show that there is at least 1 bug in the marching squares (the 
Bitset error that is thrown).
For the others I would like to make sure that it isn't a rasterizer problem.

I will look into the marching squares issue, could you verify the other one?
