Credits accountability in the project #17

I would like to start presenting the BaseX Island project to my Estonian network of BA and startup support structures. I am not a regular member of the team since I wasn't here in April when you launched the project EstoniaDAO which later became BaseX Island.

To account me credits for the PR work that will be done, there are two options :

I do not wish to be employed for the moment, I am too busy with my own projects and prefer to help Base X moving forward by an external position.

About the exact finances, legal structure, incentives, form of employment - open to suggestions, open to recommendation.

We are figuring out the detailed legal structure: #12

We are also figuring out the salary for the leadership team: #11

Currently, it's 100% self-funded, 100% of my energy, rejected some paid web development projects (I can always go back) and I'm 100% focused on arriving in a good shape for Latitude59...

100% transparency - this is a checkpoint for me. Either continue 100%, or go back to safety of web development and progress the project steadily on a part-time basis while having a steady income coming in from paid employment.

If you prefer protection and peace of mind we can totally use the default legal agreements: https://startupestonia.ee/resources

There is strong alignment and your experience is worth gold. I am able to cover some of your expenses but nowhere near paying a salary that would be a reflection of your real market value - I guess this is what they call "sweat equity"?

I think $1m as the starting valuation for the operating company is totally within reason and I think that depending on the status:

We can totally find the right % of the equity with vesting... This is a collaborative process, everything in principle is transparent and open-source, it hurts me every time I send email to "old system" guys who don't get it.
