Github Readme renders differently then mkdocs

Issue description

The parts of the readme files that should be a double indent are not rendering correctly in mkdocs, though they render fine in github.

For an issue, describe steps to reproduce the issue

To see this issue, look at the readme for the 1.1.1 release in github and then compare it to what mkdocs generates on the website GH: https://github.com/Islandora-Collaboration-Group/ISLE/blob/master/docs/release-notes/release-1-1-1.md Mkdocs: https://islandora-collaboration-group.github.io/ISLE/release-notes/release-1-1-1/

The first set of bullet points should have points 2, 3, and 4 indented one more under the 1st one.

There is a partial fix here: https://github.com/Islandora-Collaboration-Group/ISLE/pull/284

I think there might be a few other spots in the release documentation that needs to be fixed (1.1 and 1.1.2).
