Add ISLE7 EOL message to some pages #456

To help cut down on folks accidentally considering using ISLE7 for new sites, I wanted to suggest adding some EOL warnings.

I used the table syntax as I saw it used as an sort of "admonition" in the following page, since I am not sure this version of MKdocs is set up for typical admonsition syntax.

I can update my PR with actual admonition Markdown syntax and/or other message content changes if preferred.

My only input would be:

we should also consider the main project Readme.md as another location for this type of warning
we should include links to the Islandora 2 isle-dc project as the replacement for ISLE 7 Legacy

I had offered to create this PR at the tech call a while ago, since people keep looking at this great looking docs but for NEW deployments.

@g7morris FYI: I just noticed that the public github.io pages did not rebuild with my recent markdown changes with the EOL warnings.

Thankfully the README.md file changes are visible.
