Move Gradle logic into it's own plugin to be shared across projects. #50

Useful when you wish to extend existing images or add some more for a narrow use case.

Created a new repo and put up a pull here: https://github.com/Islandora-Devops/isle-gradle-docker-plugin/pull/1

Once merged I can remove the plugin code from isle-buildkit
