Document how to enable basic indexing of VTT files as per functionality added in pull request https://github.com/digitalutsc/islandora_solution_pack_oralhistories/pull/10 (commit 6e5a629).

Initial documentation for enabling basic indexing of VTT files is located in the Indexing WebVTT files wiki page. As needed, please create a new documentation issue for suggesting improvements or noting errors in the documentation.
