Travis CI fails generally - known issue #136

There is an ongoing issue with PEAR and Travis CI that is making all build checks fail. Members of the Islandora community are investigating. Please monitor the progress and make necessary changes as needed to our Travis CI setup so that our builds are checked like other solution packs.

This issue appears to have sorted it self out. We will still want to revisit our Travis CI build scripts from time to time in order to confirm that they are still checking what we'd like.
