Bootstrap firing logic #159

Islandora Solution Pack oral history's bootstrap.min.js is firing on every page and will cause a conflict if the default theme includes the bootstrap bootstrap.min.js file.

You can see here where the default theme is firing for a dropdown menu. This shows a duplicate events for the same button.
