Chart title should be localized #22

The chart's title, 'Usage stats for the last ' + numMonths + ' months', is in English. Is there a way to localize it to the Drupal instance's locale?

Looks like Drupal.t() is what we want to use. See https://www.drupal.org/node/323109.

This appears to work for an English locale, at any rate:

charttitle

Merging this for now, can reopen later if it doesn't work in other locales.
