What does this Pull Request do?

Updates variables to match PR in basebox Islandora-Labs/islandora_vagrant_base_box#29 as per Diego's recent feedback

What's new?

Set Solr home back to original location.

Updated variables that are reflected in Islandora-Labs/islandora_vagrant_base_box#29

How should this be tested?

Make sure you test this with Islandora-Labs/islandora_vagrant_base_box#29.
