Update to accommodate for islandora_transforms submodule #23

What does this Pull Request do?

Takes care of https://github.com/Islandora-Labs/islandora_vagrant_base_box/issues/22 where islandora_transforms is now a submodule.

What's new?

Git clone is now recursive and includes branch.

How should this be tested?

Bring up latest islandora_vagrant_base_box and ensure that gsearch/solr still work.
