[FEATURE] Update for ProfessionalWiki/EDTF v3.0.0 #101

Overview of feature request

ProfessionalWiki/EDTF now has a 3.0.0 version which has some breaking changes from 2.x. We should evaluate if we need to update our use of their API before we can bump our version requirement.
