Add noscript to OpenSeadragon #1088

Repository items with "Open Seadragon" display mode selected displays a black box when the user has JavaScript disabled. Should we add an img element with the IIF URL in a noscript tag to the openseadragon-formatter.html.twig template? Perhaps with a message saying "Please enable JavaScript for large image pan and zoom."?
