https://github.com/Islandora-Devops/isle-dc has a README, but we need a set of straightforward installation docs in our main documentation.

What is "getting started" for the sake of this ticket: Getting a local environment running so that you can run a demo, or how to set up the environment for being able to build/develop your own site?

I think this can probably be closed now. I just poked through the README for isle-dc and I didn't see anything in there that is not documented in the main documentation. @dannylamb is everything you were looking for documented now?
