Installation documentation does not match current crayfish repository #1808

Good day! I am about installing Islandora on a fresh machine and run itno following issue - on the documentaion page (https://islandora.github.io/documentation/installation/manual/installing_crayfish/) it said, I should do

sudo -u www-data composer install -d crayfish/Gemini

But Gemnini does not exist in the HEAD brunch. I tried to pull the master brunch , but this complains about composer version mismatch.

Also, the documentation suggests to install php 2.7 and crayfish says, 7.3 is the minimum requirement.

What is the way to fix these issues?

Thank you very much Sergej

Did you manage to find a workaround for this? We are in the process of installing Islandora and were unable to follow through with the documentation since the repository does not contain the crayfish/Gemini directory

@sergejzr & @lightonphiri , Gemini was removed from the stack and the documentation was out of date. We merged in an update to the manual installation instructions this morning.

The install directions should work now. Please take a look and verify.

Just bumping this up to the top of this list. sergejzr is pointing out that the docs need to be updated. This part is referencing Gemini URI and this is no longer in the stack.
