Add MIG based glossary entries for field storage etc. #2331

Purpose / why

The MIG is re-visiting the glossary entries we took it on to explain. Here is a fleshing-out of:

field
field instance
field storage
field formatter
field type

Most of this was generated during a MIG meeting. Some of it was Rosie, off the cuff.
