Prevent the 403 error when OSD viewer loads an restricted image in the field formatter

Attach a JWT token in Rest requests to Cantaloupe

@ruebot , could your alternate solution -- https://github.com/yorkulibraries/openseadragon/commit/ce292407daa1c82f788cb7a72dc2371fb35d4982 -- be turned into a PR so we can get a solution to this merged? Or is there something else we would still need from this PR for the full solution?
