Ubuntu Linux install package #464

As a Linux user I want to be able to easily just add a PPA, install something like halcyon-complete and, after hitting up some properly placed (/etc/...) config files and other setup procedures, tell my system service manager to launch the grid.

Some of the other grid services, such as Aperture and WHIP will also need to be done likewise in order for this to be complete.
