Build `paper.md` from Jupyter notebook #41

Move the contents of paper.md to a notebook, remove the old paper.md, and build the new paper.md in the pipeline.

After, test_notebooks.sh, we could use:

jupyter nbconvert /workdir/*.ipynb --to markdown
