This is a regression, but not because of my recent muddling. The issue first occurs in 1.8.10 and does not occur in 1.8.6. I can't test any of the versions in between right now due to Java 9 issues with how I included the RTFEditorKit fixes.
It involves the rectangle displayed around selected instances. In recent versions, the rectangle is not showing around the default selected instance in the instance list. This seems to be because egofree attempted in 49eb0ab7e3d33e1848922e881c36db974875299e manually deselecting the selected piece upon disposing of the room frame.
