Preferences Frame Default Button

The preferences frame and any other dialogs need a default button. I didn't notice this but it is the case with Eclipse, Visual Studio, GM8, and Qt Creator.

• Preferences frame should make "Ok" the default.
• Spritesheet splice dialog should make "Import" the default.
• Image effects frame should make "Ok" the default.
• Script goto dialog should have "Ok" as default.
• Find dialog should have "Close" as default or something, it's not a dialog in GM.
• Action frames should have "Ok" as default.
• About dialog should have "Close" as default.
• Game settings frame should have "Save" as default.
• Game information settings should have "Close" as default.
• Tree filter settings should have "Close" as default.

Closing as resolved by 257a96015310a49baf578910c58edf42a92a1e54 & ff847e7bd35dd7f6faccec8f3eccc4c8b2d9c39d which sets the buttons as default.
