Splitting this out from #540 and doing the same as RadialGM for the sprite collision mask to save some screen real estate. Basically iterating on d7412700f09d839a1b6fa6fcd02638e049dd6c86 and combining the collision mask shape and mode combos under the same group panel like GMS2 does. I also removed some vestigial variables and imports in the sprite frame class that were left over from the old radio buttons.
